Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

So it doesn’t show a digital read out of the tape measure. Unless I’m doing something wrong. The instructions don’t include anything about the tape measure having a digital read out. It has a laser dot measure.
The cross hair laser is very strong and goes far. Great for ceilings. So it’s basically a laser tape measure with a cross hair laser and the cross hair laser mode has a digital level for left/right/foward/back. And a 16’ tape measure.

This slick laser "tape" measures easily when you activate it. The controls are designed for a right hand person, a bit difficult for me being a lefty. Measuring to two decimal places, the user gets a decimal answer. If you are working in decimals its great. If you're a Carpenter, trying to use the steel tape to apply the measurement, it would be more useful if the mechanical steel tape was digital too, instead it measures in fractions. I like that it is rechargeable, however the dust cover is likely to break easily. The inconsistencies between digital and fractions is my biggest gripe. There should be another way to convert the measurement from decimal to fraction or the other way automatically.

Gadget. Hopefully wil keep working well fr a long time.
I guess no real need for all the extras in my case. Was a bit an emotional buy.
Haven't yet really checked the laser accuracy. But I don't expect problems.
Too new for more experienced comments re for instance the operating time after fully charged.
