I think these is ideal to dull my arthritic pain

I bought these because I hate taking so many pills and I thought like the b12 ones you could pop one on once a week. However unfortunately these are daily patches and I figure if yr gonna put one on daily then you may as well take a pill. I believe tho there may be some evidence based to glucosamine and chondrotin being better absorbed transdermally but I don't know...... so I suppose if you've settled on a daily patch these are fine. They have a really thick layer of orange jelly on them. I found they they stuck poorly to me however my husband who is much more hairy (!) Found they stuck really well to him. Neither of us have noticed a miracle yet but we've only had them a couple of weeks and I think these things need longer. They do smell of lemons and ginger but I think the aromatherapy thing is over played aromatherapy bit..... it just smells!

Very good, they do give some relief from back / hip pain. Smell strong but work

I’m so glad I gave it a month. At first I didn’t notice much, but around week three, I realized I was getting up from my chair without that familiar wince. Now I’m walking longer distances again. This is my new go-to for joint care.
