Although the problem wasn't resolved immediately, she still did her best to ensure I received the new package, which was a huge help. Juno loves these catnip sticks; she can't even sit still while taking pictures, and she uses them to clean her teeth, just like the ads say. As the ads claim, these catnip sticks seem much more effective than regular catnip, even better than the catnip she grows on her windowsill. The only downside I've noticed is that playing with them for too long can cause nausea. I've experienced this before, so I'm being careful. Juno vomited once while playing with the toy—she has digestive issues, so vomiting isn't unusual—but it's improved recently after adjusting her diet. I should also mention that she had just eaten lunch, so it's possible she had a loss of appetite after eating. In short: the product is great, and the customer service is amazing—it's best to put it away during mealtimes or keep it away from her food bowl.
